#Wifi

We have a fiber internet connection:  name FASTWEB-5017C5 - password can be found in the AirBnb app or on the desk in the entrance hall (left side)

#Hungry?

If you arrive late and are a bit hungry but do not have any food with you, you can use our 'emergency supply' in the lowest drawer under the oven. Thanks for refilling it later.

#TV

You can find a SmartTv in the living room which is connected to our Wifi modem. It has no cable network but you can watch Youtube or any channel that has an internet offering. You can equally use our Prime offering or (if you are lucky in the sense that we are not using it ourselves) our personal Netflix account.

#Hob (Hot Plate / Coocker)

The hob is induction based. When you put it on, and there is an L displaying it means it is in children's lock (you can put it in that mode when cleaning by pressing on the Locker symbol). You can unlock it by keeping the Locker Symbol pushed for 5 seconds. You can find the manual in the drawer of the desk in the entrance hall.

#Microwave Oven & Grill Combi Oven

We have a combined oven that functions as a microve and traditional oven. You can select the mode you want with the left knob and adjust any value (eg temperature) with the right knob. On the central panel, the bottom right button is the start button, the bottom left is the stop button. You can find the manual in the drawer of the desk in the entrance hall.

#Dish Washer

You can find tablets next to the small garbage bins in the drawer opposite the oven. Most left button is the on/off button, you can select the programme with the next button and start the washer with the third button. You can find the manual in the drawer of the desk in the entrance hall.

#Washing machine

Please use your own washing powder.

#Heating

You will hardly need it in Genoa but we have foreseen radiators in every room.  As it is gas based, we kindly ask you to use it in an ecological responsible manner

• only turn on the radiator in a room where you need it and only at that moment in time - thanks for turning it off again when leaving

• you can define the desired temperature on the thermostat in the corridor left just before entering the living room

  • • Open the lid and click on 'Manual' 

    • You can use the arrows up or down to set the temparature

    • The temparature displayed afterwards is the tempearature  of the room

    • When leaving the appartment, click on the suitcase symbol, or on the 'Off' button

#Airco

There is airco foreseen in both sleeping rooms. We have long been hesitating to install it as this is not environment friendly at all. Yet summer nights can be very warm so feel free to use it as you require, but only during the night and preferably in 'eco mode''. You will find the remote controller in each room in the cupboard drawer. Please ensure to lock the room door when using it and to put it off when leaving the room.
